What if Durham County Library was not only a "Best Library" as we envisioned on Staff Day, but also a best employer?  What if Durham County Library was THE place to work in Durham County and THE place to be for the Durham community?  What if we were even better than that?

• Check out the Herald-Sun article on the Durham County Library's Book Cart Drill Team (requires free registration, but is also on NCLive) and the County Commissioner's video (it's item number 5).  If you don't believe a drill team can change your attitude about work, just ask those of us on the team. And just look at those smiles!
