5.2: By 6/30/10, have a plan for the future of Main Library.

What are some strategies we have for this?

A.      Determine Main or New

B.       Define the best location for administrative and support services

C.       Collaborate with other agencies to develop services to the homeless (e.g. showers, TV room, nonprofit offices, etc.)

D.      Create a process for step-by-step community input on services (e.g. focus groups)

E.       Secure and capitalize on partnership opportunities

F.       Physical plan based on services identified as needed (e.g. tech rooms, meeting rooms, etc.) and green design

G.       Use media to keep public informed and involved during process
