Podcasting

What is podcasting?

RSS feeds with sound! A sound file that you can subscribe to over the internet and listen to on your computer, mp3 player, or iPod.

How do libraries use podcasting?

Booktalks, author interviews, snippets of audiobooks to tempt patrons to check out a particular audiobook, teen advisory boards broadcasting the minutes of their meetings, library news, marketing
