Goal 2: The library supports family literacy by preparing children to succeed in school and by helping teens develop the skills they need to become productive and well-informed citizens.
2.1: By 6/30/09, circulation of parenting, child care, and early literacy resources will increase by 50%--based on data for fiscal year 2007.
What are some strategies we have for this?
A. Develop early literacy outreach projects to at-risk populations through child care providers.
B. Develop early literacy programming for Spanish-speaking families.
C. Enhance collection to emphasize these resources; Merchandise these resources effectively.
D. Create library programs promoting these resources.
E. Work with early childhood and school partners to promote programs and resources.
F. Develop effective marketing of these programs and resources.
