Comments from the Henrico Bus Trip
After the Henrico Bus Trip, we were all asked to list six different features we saw, three which we could make use of in the short term here at Durham County and three which are long-term ideas. (See also Observations from Youths' Perspective)

I think that express holds is something that DCL can easily do in a very short time. Customers seem to appreciate the self-service feature and it moves things through quicker
